So many of our products and Luxury Kitchen Design services are unique. Take our Payment Terms as an example. We know that a bespoke kitchen designed and installed by us will be a constant delight, but our Clients do not - at least not beforehand. So unless they're clairvoyant, they will not fully appreciate all elements of the design until they've had the experience of living and working in their new kitchen - so we allow Clients to defer payment of their final account for THREE WHOLE MONTHS after completion - by which time they're every bit as sure of the design as we were at the outset.
